Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. If that happens, please contact us [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We process all cancelations on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, we will issue a refund for the merchandise once it is returned to our warehouse and processed. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and offer a refund, replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
